Booking Information

1. Please complete the booking form and send to us, with your deposit / payment.
2. Bookings will be taken on a first come basis, you may wish to contact us and check availability prior to sending in your booking form. Telephone bookings will be held for 3 days, if your booking form has not been received within that time we reserve the right to re-allocate the dates.
3. Bookings are from 2.30pm on your day of arrival until 10.00am on your departure date.
4. We reserve the right to charge for any accidental damage/repairs that may occur during your stay within our holiday home.
5. FUNWORK PASSES
   All holidaymakers names are registered at the club on the park. The pass entitles you to use the swimming pools, participate in the T-Co and Bradley bear club together with the use of the leisure/entertainment facilities. The local club licensing laws are such that members names and addresses must be registered a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Passes will be available at reception when you collect your keys. Your application form will be sent with booking confirmation.
6. We are unable to accept bookings from groups of young people under the age of 18years or single sex groups.
7. Pets are only accepted in our holiday home after discussion with holidaymakers prior to booking. (Guide dogs are exempt from this regulation).
8. We reserve the right to make such alterations to the booking information process as may be necessary to provide the best service to our holidaymakers. We are unable to accept liability for the loss of any facility or to pay compensation in such cases.
9. Our holiday home is let on a strictly no-smoking basis.
